STROKE INDEX 1
HOLE 13 DESCRIPTION
Stroke index 1 and for very good reason. 455 yards of pure stress is the best way to describe the thirteenth hole. A stream meanders down the right and across the fairway at around 295 yards from the tee, meaning being long here doesn't matter at all. Trees flank the fairway on both sides. Miss right and you're chipping out sideways, miss left and you may be able to advance it over the stream, but hitting the green is highly unlikely. If you can put a good swing on it, you'll have something in the region of 200 yards to a fairly small target. Out of bounds sits up the left to keep you honest but there's not really much to think about with this approach, it's just a hard shot. Missing the green short or slightly right will leave the simpler up and downs. Mounding left of the green and some juicy rough have made many good chippers of a ball look rather average. This hole will need everything if your locker, make a par or better and you've beaten most of the field.
