STROKE INDEX 15
HOLE 14 DESCRIPTION
This par 3 is possibly the best looking hole on the property. It's not long at 167 yards, but it will demand your respect. The prevailing wind blows into and out of the right but it loves to switch around, making clubbing a nightmare at times. A lake sits short of the green which will punish anything slightly mishit and the green is a mere 17 yards deep. You best judge this to perfection as even missing long will leave a delicate downhill pitch back towards the water. The safe place to miss is left as you'll have the entire length of the green to play up, but after the last few holes, bailing out isn't an option. If you can hit this green, your work isn't done. It's important to leave the ball on the same side of the green as the flag, as a node around the middle of the surface makes lag putting tough to judge. A par here will be well earned, a birdie is extremely good.
