STROKE INDEX 8
HOLE 5 DESCRIPTION
After a fairly score able opening four holes, the fifth provides a stern examination. A 212 yard par 3 that plays slightly uphill and into the wind, with very little margin for error left or right. A faded shot is preferred as trees to the right of the tee and green make it difficult to work the ball from right to left. A bunker short and left will grab anything mishit or pulled and a hook will find the long stuff. It’s just one of those holes you have to stand up and hit your Sunday best, but don’t be too disheartened by a bogey, there have been plenty worse.
